The final shot for Debs and Thomas' December challenge has us turning the corner so to speak. So here I am standing in the middle of my street with the option to look ahead or look back. The question is not which way to go, but which way is actually ahead and which way is actually back because either direction goes to a destination. No matter which way is which, from where I stand either direction holds some sort of adventure and wherever the road takes me, I'll have my camera along for the ride.
Wow, that is wonderfully written! You made me pause to think, that is for sure. I like thinking of the roads I have taken in my life when the direction totally changed. Like the trip I took to Mexico to visit friends and that is where I met my husband. My life would be totally different if I had taken my vacation somewhere else - which I almost did! Thank you for your wonderful words of wisdom!
Thank you Leigh Anne, Brian, Katy, Anita, Nicole, Francoise, Nina, and Suzie! Wow- I wasn't trying to be overly philosophical, but you certainly picked up on it and it has made me think about it more!
