I had a full basket of eggs earlier in the week, despite the horrendous heat we have been having the chickens have still been laying. I spent the morning in the kitchen making an Angel food cake, custard and egg sandwiches.

@randystreat Thanks Kathy! True- this is the rounder end of an egg shot straight on. I don't think I've taken one from this angle before so it surprised me too.
