Composite 2- Sam in the Moon

I'm not sure what the time zone cut off is for this challenge so I'm posting it early today just in case! Boy, was this fun! Since I could not actually take the full moon thanks to the arrival of Hurricane Riley, I had to wait two days before the skies cleared enough to get a moon shot. But at least it's the current moon. I used the profile of my grandson Sam from the archives (and converted it to black and white to incorporate it here). There are 5 different layers of texture here- a bokeh and swirly effect from one program, stars from another, the silly Mystery Science Theater guys, a light flare and another current picture of the snow on the trees after Wednesday's snowstorm. Lots of painting, erasing and fading took place and who knows in what order!
