Thankful For 3

Our photo club was given the assignment to photograph an answer to the question, "What are you thankful for?" the other day. This shot sums up the three things I am most grateful for every day- my faith, my family and my friends- by using necklaces that are special to me. The cross was given to me many Christmases ago by my Aunt Peg and Uncle Ted, the Star of David was a gift from my husband- together they represent the whole scope of The Bible- a book I've devoted myself to studying. The Mother and Child was a Mother's Day gift from my husband and sons, and the bracelet with the Widow's Mite was a thank you gift from my friends who were a part of a women's Sunday School class I taught.
