Thank you Katy, Carole, Corinne, Katrina, Diana, Issi, and Rick! Interestingly this was not the original layout of this picture and I didn't like it very much in the "landscape mode". The roots and other rocks in the background were very distracting making for a very busy picture. But as I was looking at it, I realized the cairn itself dictated a different orientation- portrait layout so I cropped it and voila- the composition you all liked so much. Sometimes it pays to play with those "so-so" pictures we're tempted to delete. This was one of those times.
