Sunset on the Dunes

Sorry I am a bit absent at the moment but I have been in bed all day today. I had a mushroom omelette for dinner last night and at 6 am today woke up feeling sick and with a severe dose of the runs. The omelette tasted okay but I guess one of the eggs must have been off. I have slept all day and am feeling slightly better tonight. Still got a terrible headache and pain in my left kidney and colon.

I have just woken up and will post todays Birubi photo before going back to bed again.

Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.

I have a feeling your discomfort was not due to the eggs, but to the mushrooms. Of course I'm not dr. but mushrooms past their prime can also cause some digestive issues. Glad you're feeling better now. Nice sunset shot.
