This is a quick upload to test if I was able to connect to 365 and upload. I have had terrible problems since attempting to update MacBook Pro operating system to Monterey. I don't know what happened but I probably clicked on the wrong thing! Who knows!! Anyway after spending most of yesterday going through different things with my friend Simon (who set up my system initially) we discovered that all my backups seem to have been deleted/corrupted - they are not there. We managed to get Lightroom back up but my original pictures seem to have disappeared? I could not get into Mail and other things. Nightmare!!
This morning I have managed to get into Mail and set up my two email accounts. But when I tried to edit a photo in LR I found that all the external editing programs are not there when I click on "edit in". PS seems to be there but I have not tried it yet. Everything behaving as if this is the first time I am using and I am having to set up again. This is all so frustrating!! I really do hate computers!!
At least I managed to upload a photo but all the settings in the export boxes have gone. Anyone know what settings we need to use for 365? It's been a long time!!

Oh Pam, I’m so sorry! I usually post to 365 on my phone so I’m no help about your question about PC export settings. I thought I had lost everything on my pc, documents, spreadsheets, but the computer guy said things don’t just disappear, they are still on your hard drive. Hopefully that is the case for you as well. My photos are in the iCloud and on my pc. Good luck!
Oh, that really stinks, I hope you're able to recover everything. My LR export settings for 365 are jpeg 90%, and resize to fit 2500x2500 (which is probably too big). Hope that helps
Well I’m no help as I know nothing technical at all & never do anything that taxes my brain! I’m quite ok with computers if it’s just everyday stuff & that suits me fine! Do hope you get back to the original settings! Will give you a headache! George/Finley couldn’t care less!
