Do you remember my little chaffinch from last year who had a bad leg? Well he is still with us and comes everyday to the garden to feed. He is unable to land on the feeder but manages very well to get the sunflower seeds while on the wing. He still sits on the railing round our decking - he does not seem able to stand and always sits like this - leaning over to one side.
I was worried about him last year but he seems to be coping well even with his dodgy leg. He knows where the food is!!
