A very quick shot this evening as I have been so busy getting the house ready for our Cocktail Party we are having on Friday evening. I thought I would take the candles in the window and then realised that my slipper orchid is lit up by the candle light. It actually has two flowers this year for the first time - I am so pleased as it was an "end of season" bargain for £1.

Your orchids look unreal! How nice to know they aren't and see them beautifully lit up but the candles! Good luck with the Cocktail Party - I had some years ago and they didn't end up very well -people didn't go home till the early hours!
@taffy party on Friday Taffy. Sorting out my cocktail menu today and dusting off the cocktail shakers. We have ordered party food so it's just the drinks to be sorted. I do love a nice cocktail!
