Another action packed day starting with a trip on the L train out to the suburbs and the Bahai Temple. Then to Junko and Bill's house for a wonderful lunch cooked by Bill with Louise supplying a gorgeous dessert of Pavlova made with her fabulous home made meringues brought all the way from California. How we have been spoilt by all of our US hosts!!!
After lunch a quick stop off at the North beach - just beautiful - and then on to the Botanic Gardens.
The day ended with a wonderful meal in one of the new extremely popular Chicago restaurants - Monteverde.
I really will need a holiday when I get back home!! You may have noticed I am awake again in the middle of the night!! LOL!!

What a beautiful capture to commemorate a wonderful day at the Baha'i Temple! I especially like how you captured the blue mosaic tiles inside the reflecting pool.
@Weezilou Oh yes, sounds fabulous to me. What a pity we're stuck out here in the Antipodes, it's such a long way from anywhere except NZ and Pacific Islands. Mind you, I wouldn't want to move.
