I got up this morning and checked out of the window - great no snow!! My friend was coming to pick me up and we were going out for breakfast. I went upstairs to get ready and this was the view out of the window when I came back down about 30 minutes later. As Amanda lives on top of a steep hill there was no way she was going to get the car out. My road is a gentle hill on the bend and I watched the cars going down very slowly. No way was I driving anywhere!!
One hour later it has stopped snowing and its melting fast!! Thank goodness!! Finlay desperate for a walk and he may be in luck!! LOL!!
Many thanks for your wonderful comments on my last two droplet/crown images. I was thrilled to get them and so pleased you liked them!!
I'd just posted my 'snow out of the window view' when I saw yours! I'm staying safe and cosy inside after breaking my ankle on an icy path two weeks ago.
That's pretty much the extent of the one snow I had in Lunenburg before leaving! Of course on the day it happened, I thought it was amazingly wonderful! This is a lovely view down your street, and that always-interesting view into other neighbourhoods around the world! Stay safe...and warm! Hang in there Finlay!
Fojr a soithern Californian, this is such a gorgeous scene..... and not one we know.... Last snow here -- 1969. Love the different colors against the snowy white.
