Put the camera down!! by pamknowler

Put the camera down!!

My sister and Finlay on our way to Malham Cove which is another great place to visit. Malham is a huge limestone rock face and a favourite with rock climbers. When you are standing at the bottom of the limestone wall the climbers look like tiny ants. Very scary stuff!! This was mid week and there were no climbers there. At the weekend it will be heaving!!

Finlay kept stopping and waiting for me to catch him and Barb up. I was taking photos (getting my breath too) and was much slower than they were!! LOL!!

Many thanks for you great comments and Favs on my images - so very much appreciated!!
Looks like a beautiful place to be, and lovely shot of Finlay and your sister.

I always get left behind too. They both seem to be patiently waiting though.

Great subjects, but look at those lines of rock walls in the background!

@jyokota Yorkshire has dry stone walls all over the dales and moors. They would have been built hundreds of years ago and are a wonderful feature of the landscape! Depending where you are the style of the wall would be different as they were built by different master builders. It's a dieing art sadly!
