I am not sure if many of you will know who this is. Ashley and Pudsey won Britain's Got Talent a couple of years ago. They are a dancing act I think you would describe them with Pudsey the dog doing lots of dancing. A very clever well trained dog. Ahsley lives near me and was training Pudsey for a new act with her mother videoing what they were doing. Great fun to watch with Pudsey up on his back legs going through her legs - very clever.
Of course all Finlay wanted was to say hello so when she stopped I went up to her saying "can he say hello?" She quickly picked Pudsey up and held him in her arms - no way was he going to be allowed to sniff Finlay!! I asked if I could take a photo and she smiled. He is a lovely dog but definitely not allowed to mix with other dogs. How sad!!
I remember seeing a clip of that act - and I thought 'that poor dog will wreck his back doing that stuff'. Interesting shot Pam, and well spotted. But I'm still sorry for the dog, even more so if he's not even allowed to say hello to other dogs.
Wow, she's grown up. I suppose they have to be careful with Pudsey to make sure he stays healthy but it's a bit sad that he doesn't seem to get to mingle with his own kind - and maybe play. All work and no play can't be good for him.
Yes! Recognised them instantly....I worked on 'Britin's Got Talent' for four years! Pudsey stole everyone's hearts that year. Sorry to hear Finlay couldn't say hello though...had a feeling Pudsey might turn into a diva! ;-) Ha ha!
