The theme this week is to take a shot of anything you want but in 3 different ways. Not sure if I have got this right but this is the lake at the country park from 3 different viewpoints. It was a very misty morning and there is not much colour in anything at the moment.
@taffy@newbank@888rachel@golftragic I am not sure if this is the right idea for this weeks theme. Apart from the different viewpoints the colours and mood are similar as it was very misty and not much light. Let me know what you think if you have time.
I have held back in doing my 3, as I wanted to see what others did. I was unsure whether it was 3 pictures of the exact same thing, or 3 scenes from the same place. So thank you for going first! I really like the tones of the shots, and the 3 different viewpoints give a much more detailed picture of what the whole area would be like.
@taffy@888rachel@newbank I like the way you've interpreted this exercise Pam. Like you I wasn't sure what was required or expected. To me this triptych fills the bill well and reflects accurately the mood and feel of the lake at that time.
This gave me an idea to work out out of my study's window...will take some processing tonight, but thanks for the idea (even if it doesn't work, it's nice to have some motivation!
This works, I hope it got you thinking of the different angles there were to take a photo from. I think the three together give a greater sense of place than one alone.
