@onewing Thank you Babs just wanted post something different, these puzzle balls are made by Ravensburger in Germany and are inexpensive and look great on the tree:)

@quicksilver Thank you for finding the time to comment Robin its so difficult to get it right but rewarding when it works, not quite the same effect but have you tried focusing on the subject setting a slow shutter speed and rotating your camera to the lift or the right can get some interesting results, Cottia @cottiac you my also find it interesting:)

@pcoulson I can't do it on my bridge but have been challenging Robin to do this so I'll be interested to see anything he produces!

@cottiac Yes you can on your bridge camera even on a mobile phone, the method is to rotate your camera whilst taking the shot does not have to be that extreme a movement either, you can also get an interesting effect by moving your camera vertical up or down or horizontal left or right whilst pressing the shutter button, its known as ICM intentional camera movement there are lots of images on the internet just give it a try Cottia:)
