Sagrada Família, also known as the Gaudi church, commenced construction in 1882, Gaudí became involved in 1883,taking over the project and transforming it with his architectural and engineering style—combining Gothic and curvilinear Art Nouveau forms. It is still a work in progress, and when it is finally completed, it will become the tallest church in the world. Gaudi himself is buried in a crypt in the church.
