Weird Black Bird

I understand that this unusual bird is common in Africa - if anyone knows the name - let me know :

All hornbills have a casque, a hollow structure on the top of the bill that supports the bill and enhances vocal calls, which is unique to this group of birds.

ETA: Were its bottom parts white? If so it might be a black and white casqued hornbill.
