It's well hidden but only about four feet off the ground. Keep cats out of people's yards, folks! Mockingbirds aren't usually sneaky, but my breeding pair had to be exceptionally sneaky in 2023. In previous years, they were breeding in blackberry tangles, which may have provided a bit more protection.
