I am baffled. I've seen them on a light table before but that isn't a light table. It's just a glossy white photo background I bought off Amazon. Update: On another platform, I was told "flicker," as it is known, is caused by cheap LED lights. I screwed the bulbs and checked and, yep, that's what they were. Sigh...
