This guy is nesting at the bottom of the garden, and is here searching for nesting material. From the looks of things, though, most of the work seems to be done by his partner!

I wonder who it is that took a few feathers off this guy's head?

Beautiful capture - I hope he doesn't lose too many feathers. They often tend to look a bit scruffy at this time of the year as they are busy nesting and feeding young and don't have so much time to preen. As usual though it is the females that do all the work! Lol
