Extras: Meet Karen (we call her Kay) - she's mother to Hannah (see main project shot). Kay is a wonderfully warm and generous person, qualities I hope I have captured here. She also manages to cope with being married to Graham (see other shot)!
This was taken for my Get Pushed Challenge: "take a portrait of a man or woman (not children), with the subject looking straight into the camera. As an additional challenge (optional), the subject should not be a relative. At best, he/she should a stranger, but a neighbor or colleague would be fine."
@peadar Hi Peter. I like this one. Very nice light. Nice and clam look. We feel the connection here. The position of tha hand is also nice, The only point is probably that the right eye is a bit too much in the shadow and the light in her right eye a bit too strong. Great work and very nice serie of 3 portrait.
