I’m not as miserable as I look. The surgery on my left eye went well without complications. I have to wear the patch until tomorrow morning when I see the surgeon for a checkup. It will be a month before I regain good vision in the eye though. Effects of the anesthesia are wearing off gradually. Thank you all for your thoughts, well wishes, and prayers.
