I held back posting this image. It's from last week and I was posting quite a few macro shots last week, so I decided in order to keep my 365 fresh, I'd wait a few days before posting this close up of one of our many pyracantha bushes that we use as hedging on the fence at the back of our garden.
The flowers / blossom are really tiny and turn into bright red / orange / yellow berries that the birds love to eat in the winter months.
This is SOOC, but cropped to remove two big green leaves that interfere with the lines of the photo.
@Cherrill cherrill, the camera did all the work. I selected 'macro zoom' on the little panasonic , hand held, checked it had piced up the focus and clicked away :)
That is so pretty. I love the tight cropping of the image and I think the slight diagonal line of the blossoms make the composition all the better! Gorgeous
This is so pretty especially the little buds dotted about between the open flowers, such a good contrast ! The dark background shows the white flowers off well too .
Thanks for your support :)
