Bar Open - Safe To Cross

The 'Bar Open' sign seems to be an invitation to cross the road.

Shot in Nottingham city centre on Sunday afternoon.

My youngest daughter treated us to a fathers day meal in a city centre restaurant.

This was shot on the way home, while waiting for the number 58 bus.

Street photography always looks good in B/W, but I quite liked the red 'bar open' sign :), so I went for selective colouring of the sign.

Phil this is excellent. Love how you've kept 'bar open' in red, it really adds to the street scene. I reckon the lady with the shopping is heading straight for that bar, the warmth of the red pulling her away from the black and white world...
