I am going to attempt to take 50 mono portraits with my 5omm lens, 50 at 50mm ! It's from an idea inspired by Carla @sidecar
This is image no. 1 : Rex
Rex is a member of Arnold and District Camera Club and at 71 years of age he won't mind me calling him a stalwart of the club. He is an experienced amateur photogrpaher and takes cracking shots. He is always willing to help new members of the club with tips and guidance on techniques. Rex is also a master of mounting prints. I can always spot a "Rex Print" at camera club. An appropriate model for my first image of my 50 at 50mm series.

Well this is an excellent portrait. Great lighting and a wonderful model! Well done and I am sure he is pleased as well.
BTW...and RV is a Recreations Vehicle....either a motor home or travel trailer. We have a small motor home that we travel in when we head south for the winter...it works well as a guest cottage as well. Thanks for all your visits and lovely comments Phil.
My word Phil, this is a very fine portrait.......beautiful lights & shades......he has a characterful face....so good to have someone pose for you properly & willingly!, he will understand the process without getting fed up & cross because you are too long!
