This is what I was describing (or at least trying to describe) on my Sunflower photo in my main album.
This is an Organic Farm, that I regularly drive by in my weekly work in Dorset, that sow wild flowers on one edge of their crop fields which attract nice bugs, which in turn will eat the nasty bugs that attack the crops, so they have no need (and do not use) pesticides.
It was another mile or so up the road (you can see on right of this photo) that I parked up and found not only the strip of these flowers, but a strip of Cornflowers about 10 foot wide, AND another strip of Sunflowers another 10 foot wide. The field itself was about 1/2 a mile in length.
Just gorgeous to photograph but my meeting forced me to drive on.
Thank you for your views, comments and favs on yesterday’s offering. Much appreciated.
