These are the five canvasses that @carole_sandford and I finally decided to place on the wall in ‘the snug’ all taken by us both. From the top, one of Carole’s superb still life shots (she’s really rather good at those), the middle is a night shot that I took of Lincoln Cathedral during the second UK national lockdown (think we were the only folk out in the City that night) and at the bottom, a shot of 3 canvasses we’ve had done, the Blue Church in Berlin (the WW2 bombed one in the foreground and the new one in the background), we lived in Berlin for 4 years during my military career, a sunset over Paphos in Cyprus where we were stationed for 6 years and finally, the classic shot of Stourhead, the jewel in the National Trust Crown.
Before 365, we would not have dared put our own photographs up on our walls.
Thank you for your views, comments and favs on yesterday’s offering. Much appreciated.
