Chris and I often go out to get gas in the middle of the night, because it's usually noticeably cheaper then and he has to drive a lot for work. When we got home from such an excursion around 12:30 AM on 25/01, a little fox and I surprised each other at the front porch! He jumped and ran off before I was able to get a picture of him, but he left little fox footprints in the fresh snow on our walkway!
Nice photo. I love how the snow/ice shimmers! We have foxes here, as well. And raccoons and opossums!

@thewatersphotos Thanks! I love the way the snow sparkles too! We have lots of raccoons around here too and some opposums, but we're right at the edge of their range so we don't see them very often.
