Christopher drives by this little pond outside of our city every day, and lately he has noticed a lone Trumpeter Swan there. This evening he took me back to see the swan.
Chris said it was sad that the swan is all alone, and I said I thought it looked like he's not quite full grown yet (based on his grey face) and guessed that he was born last spring. I said the swan is probably just in his batchelor days, so Chris suggested I call my photo of him The Batchelor.
