Swirls of blue

I just saw this new public artwork on my way to catching the bus in South Lake Union, Seattle. I did not get the title or the artist but I love the blue color. I think it is made of cloth.

I love this design. I would mess with it some with cropping and angling perhaps, but I think this would print out very well! Nice job!
