I love to look in the eyes of horses - they are so very docile. Gorgeous shot and horse.

(It's actually called a halter) love this horse portrait, you caught a wild look in his eye, feels like such a contrast to the otherwise calm demeanor.

Lovely capture, but to me he looks sad and tired.

Great portrait of this beautiful horse.

To you comment: @pusspup No. SMART thinking. The dike needs a regular control and often an immediate inspection when it`s storming. Would you climb a wet dike by wind force/scale 12 Beaufort without a stair? Be my guest.

Wonderful shot in its clarity, cropping, pop of color, and subject! Fav

@amandalockie thanks Amanda, I knew someone would pick up on that! I took a bit of poetic license as bridle sounded better:). I was surprised how well the light came up as they were in a dark stable.

@pyrrhula I give in:) Its just that "most" grazing country around here is very flat!

The red bridle just makes the shot.

@pusspup Our country is a flat as a carries deck. The only mountains we have are dikes and molehills.
