National library alight

We visited the annual noodle markets and Enlighten display in the parliamentary triangle tonight. Just as we were leaving we bumped into a photographer friend who had worked out all the best settings for this photo - very convenient - thanks!

@pusspup Not anything specifically, but it would be good to have this in my notes for when I find myself in that situation! I’ve always admired the night shots, but never been able to pull it off!
