bushfire pano by pusspup

bushfire pano

While I'm looking back at drone shots...I realised I had 3 that could be stitched together to make this panorama. It gives you a pretty good idea of the severity and spread of the Christmas bushfires and the two isolated villages that were under threat. Our little shack is in the left hand village surrounded by the burnt trees.
What an amazing pano and how close the fires were to your 'little shack'! A poignant reminder of the Christmas bushfires.

Gorgeous panorama. It does look scorched but I'm sure it will pick up and be green again in no time. I really enjoy seeing drone pictures.

nice picture, but too bad that it shows a harsh reality to what the fire did...I hope it can return as it was before....

The fires seemed to crawl up the shoreline.
