After my swim I went to sit at the poolside to wait for Ray to come off the tennis court. I noticed the light and dark stripes on the loungers, then the light ceiling with the dark supports, then the light and dark in the water. So here's my shot for today.
Nice pool! I'm trying to get Nigel to let me join a health club with pool - I think I'd actually use it then - and I'm going to be slow with my frozen shoulder!
This is Spirit Health Club at Holiday Inn - could be one near you. I've got a partially frozen shoulder and for me it's a question of adapting the stroke to how it feels at the time. It feels worse if I don't go swimming.
You are noticing more than me - thanks! I love this pool as it's so open and spacious.
It will probably jump at you when least expected!
It is a great place with fairly large subs but I'd rather give up something else if necessary. I try to go 4 times a week.

You couldn't drown in our pool! It's put-your-feet-down all along - no deep end which is one thing I like.
