This church was built to serve the needs of the railway town of Eastleigh, fell into disuse and is now housing accommodation. (thanks to Pete @pistonbroke for giving me some idea of shooting a building from a different angle, although I am not yet as adventurous as him!)

Pete, I always aknowledge people who help or inspire me! Thanks for FAV. Yes, I WILL try some different angles - photographing buildings is not my strong point so will be a learning curve.

Super builing and super angle on it, Hazel. Nice place to live! Getting good DoF helps, the Av setting is usually best, I think. Your tutor will help. But this is a really good picture!

I'll remember av for this type of shot. Not sure but think this was on intelligent auto as I quickly went over to the church before we started the supermarket shopping (you've heard how Ray hates to mess about during the supermarket shopping of course!)
