After we'd had a look at the glorious window in the church at Beauworth
http://365project.org/quietpurplehaze/add-ins/2015-08-02
we climbed the wooden stairs to the gallery for a view of the interior from high up.

Ray said he felt 'funny' so I suggested he sit down. Which he did. And then I couldn't resist taking his photo. Behind him is a glimpse of the wooden step ladder which goes up to a trapdoor in the floor of the belfry.
He certainly doesn't look 'funny' here! Lovely shot Hazel. It is horrid when those feelings come over you sometimes tho.

@Cherrill @wendyfrost @gigiflower

I'd better set the record straight on Ray's behalf! He's really fit but gets vertigo in situations involving heights/looking down. Thanks for visits.

Any man would love his wife to say 'he's really fit....!' :-)

@Cherrill

Cherrill, I only ever tell the truth!! Ray's weekly physical activities are : 66 lengths of the pool 2, or sometimes 3, times per week; a ramble of + or - 6 miles once a week; topped up with a few hours of tennis and some Jinkswalks. (I'm beginning to wish I'd not posted this shot - I shall be getting into trouble!!!!!!)

Great portrait! I believe you too on the health front. My husband Jeff is in great shape but if he doesn't eat lunch while on the job he'll come home and say, "Boy do I feel light-headed". I understand the vertigo though. I can get butterflies in my stomach just looking at a picture taken looking over a high railing. I don't have to be there! Good shot!

@olivetreeann

It sometimes happens to me on 365 that I find it hard to look at a 'vertiginous' shot!
