portraits and snippets: John and Carol

You may have read yesterday about John as my stranger No.190 and noted that I also took some shots of John with his wife, Carol.

These were happy shots and I wanted to post them so here are John and Carol in my portraits and snippets series.

I can tell that Carol is laughing at something Ray said - he was standing slightly behind and to the left of me. It's good he was included in the making of this shot because, as I mentioned yesterday, he is now a 'sine qua non' in my strangers' photography.

John and Carol have sent me an email to say how pleased they are with their portraits.

1st October today and my neighbour's holly berries are already fully ripe.....
