How lovely they are, Hazel, and what varied colors and types! Recently I have come across a call for roses in my Polish cookbook and also in my Middle Eastern cookbook so my neighbor shared some home roses that hadn't had fertilizer sprayed on them for me to dehydrate. Yum. But now that I say that, does it sound barbaric to a lover of roses?
