Bread

The weather's a little cooler and I seem to have more energy. Today's output - 2 loaves of whole wheat bread and apples cooking in the crock pot to make apple butter. The house smells wonderful!

R used to make bread regularly...and we wolfed it...and it showed. So we've cut it out and only indulge occasionally. In addition the range and quality of bread made by local bakers in France is encyclopediac.

I really like this pic; the shallower DOF that blurs the background and puts more of the focus on the front loaf of bread, which looks beautiful by the way. I can almost smell the aroma!
