Flowers in the sunlight

My get-pushed partner suggested I take a photo with some kind of representation of the sun, since the eclipse is coming up in August. The descending sun was so lovely on my little garden that I decided to try for a solar flare around the flowers. I have to say it took a number of photos to get one I liked well enough. I will probably do some more as the week rolls on.
