Bleary eyes, I looked at the clock. Did I set it back, did I set it forward, did I do nothing? So what tiime is it anyway?

It was meant to be a photo editorial on changing back to Eastern standard time from DST. I really wish it could stay one way or the other, and I just read that standard time is the law. Who knew!
