Get Pushed #512
My partner this week challenged me to participate in the artist challenge she is hosting. This certainly was a challenge. I had access to YouTube videos to see how the artist created his abstract or mostly abstract images. I'm afraid I couldn't follow his train of creativity and I didn't have programs that he used beyond Lightroom and Photoshop. This is the second of the two images I created.
@kali66 Another one for your challenge. I don't like this one as well. But thanks again for the challenge. I learned some new "tricks" in PS and LR.

Very nice

I like this one but I prefer the other one. It seems to be more in his style

Interesting effect.

It's pretty interesting, it makes me think about waking up from a dream and not recognizing immediately your surroundings.

Great patterns and colors. Nice lightings too.

mm it has the indistinct feel but perhaps not the same interest in the lack of detail

This is so interesting however I prefer the first one

Nicely done.

Ink blot art! Lovely colours
May 22nd, 2022
A nice mix of soft colours

I think the color is more appealing in the first, but this does have some nice organic lines/shape to it. It might be that a lot of his work has a lighter feel to it and this is on the dark side. Good work all in all!

@bkbinthecity @grammyn @wakelys @corinnec @pyrrhula @kali66 @kjarn @jamibann @pusspup @craftymeg @olivetreeann
Thanks to all of you. I preferred the other one as well and I appreciated that you gave me honest feedback about this one.

@randystreat Hi Kathy. We are paired up for Get Pushed 513. How would you like to capture something that works for the topic "street art". This topic can cover anything from graffiti, to murals, to installed art pieces, to street performers. The only restriction is that the art is in a location in the open, that is accessible at no cost to anyone passing by.

@jnr Sounds good. I'll start roaming the streets.

I agree with the others and with you. This is good, but the other is better for the challenge. Also, like @corinnec Corrinne, I think it looks like that half waking state.

@mcsiegle Sorry I missed your comment. Thank you for the feedback. I do appreciate it.
