A friend celebrated her 75 birthday last evening. We all contributed and she laid out her finery and we celebrated Brit style. (Slightly in honor of the Jubilee too).

The last tea party we had was the dayoftheKentucky Derby. We wore race-appropriate hats that day. @grammyn It was a ladies' party through and through. The scones and clotted cream were good. I made too many and haveadozenin my freezer. 😪🤣 @craftymeg It really was. @evgeniamsk It was lovely.
