Never heard that expression applied to popcorn before - never realised some of them didn't pop! Then again I haven't had this for years and have only ever bought it already popped.
@grammyn I don't know why you couldn't repop them. thanks Katy. @shutterbug49 I finished the popcorn and was a bit disappointed that so many didn't pop, @olivetreeann I wait until nothing pops for 5 seconds then stop cooking. I make mine in the microwave. @jamibann I know. They are hard. Never broke a tooth...yet. At least not on popcorn kernels. @casablanca You're right. @kjarn I've always liked popcorn, but homemade tastes so different than movie popcorn and popcorn from the store. @wakelys Thanks Sue. @pusspup Funny name isn't it. @johnfalconer Thanks John, @craftymeg I haven't done that yet. Hope I don't. I try to be careful. @fbailey Thanks for the challenge. Yes, you see them more when you pop the corn yourself although it is in store bought too. @ziggy77 Thanks Jo. @pyrrhula I like popcorn and make it periodically.
