Integration

The weekend the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial is dedicated, it seems appropriate to wonder why real-world integration isn't as easy as calculus. (This is the material I'm covering in the graduate "math-econ" class this week, so the photo-subject isn't [completely] contrived.)
Well Thom, it is an intersting and neat photo, but the subject would not be up my alley.

Great shot! I find integration in both calculus and the real world is challenging depending on what you have been taught before!
