Swirls

I wanted to capture the “waviness” of the edge of this flower and I got what I wanted … along with a peek at the bottom of what lies within. Very pleased with this SOOC shot! I’m also pleased that I was able to get to this plant with my camera before the Japanese beetles got to it for “dinner”!

Zantedeschia aethiopica cultivar, “White Giant” (family Araceae).

That's beautiful. I especially like the surprise at the bottom.

Very nice lines and love the peek of the 'thing" in the center. My Peace lily never blooms. Do not know why!

@espyetta I think this is a Zantedeschia (genus), but I'm going to hit up "my guy" for as-specific-an-ID as is possible!

@danette Thanks, Danette! I wish the blotch of purple inside were more-purple, but I preferred to leave it SOOC rather than distort colors.

Definitely a Zantedeschia. Possibly Zantedeschia aethiopica, the Arum lily, but I'm not certain, as it looks more delicate than mine.
