Victoria, BC Breakwater [SOOC]

One of our guides yesterday suggested we visit the Breakwater, so we did that today for part of the “afternoon on your own” with Clare’s mom and Randy & Deb.

In the morning we went with local guide John Adams to the historical area of Victoria, then took a city bus to Ross Bay Cemetery. After getting lunch, we walked back to the Inner Harbour by way of Moss Rock Park, Beacon Hill Park and the breakwater.

The Breakwater extends almost a half-mile from the shoreline. Given the known length or distance, it was not surprising to see walkers!

Photo taken at 48 24 48.02 N, 123 23 21.25 W. “Google earth” or “maps.google” those coordinates to see exactly where I stood! GPS is amazing!
