Jasmine tobacco by rhoing

Jasmine tobacco

Quick trip to the greenhouse to get a few more shots of this plant since I found out what it is.

Good news from the neurosurgeon/spine specialist: I am *not* a candidate for surgery and I should be able to keep the symptoms at bay with regular traction. Hooray!

The neurosurgeon used this image to explain my situation to Clare & me: http://www.spinalstenosis.org/images/neural-foramen.jpg
Isn't google grand?

Next week: Search for a home traction unit.
Ah, the things we learn as we get older and older…

Hooray for no surgery.

Such a pretty flower for such a dangerous plant! I'm liking your black and white series. Back surgery is always daunting, so I'm happy for you that you don't have to undergo it.

@danette Thanks, Danette! Amen!

@cejaanderson Not yet anyway and I hope to be a good patient and do what I need to do to keep the surgeon away!
