[At the gym] The sliding seat and handle are the same, of course, but the innovation here is the round tub of water sitting on top of the front legs of the apparatus (upper-right). Inside is a "WaterFlywheel" with cups that move the water around the tub. It's a different experience than the more traditional Concept2 indoor rower … because here one is actually pushing against water. :)
