The craft is an early- to mid-80’s custom design-and-build, so when things break, it's not as if one can run to Lowes or Bass Pro Shop and find off-the-shelf replacement parts.
The shoes are on a U-shaped board anchored to the shell at four points: three points under the bar under the toes of the shoes and one point in the bottom of the shell on the keel. One of the three "tracks" that supports the bar under the toes broke last fall. I can't obtain a replacement for this custom part. I'll have to use what I can get my hands on, which are the notched metal tracks at the top- and bottom-right.
